The Backyard Bayou

The Backyard Bayou is one of ash’s most popular annual events, a good ole’ home cooked seafood boil to bring down south comfort to Angelenos. Food is typically served in an all you can eat family-style lively atmosphere, with customizations available for vegans, vegetarians and pescatarians.

The Harvest

The Harvest is one of a Friend’s Giving of sorts. A more intimate gathering of kinfolk to break bread over plant-based fare prepared by ash. The theme of abundance and gratitude is interwoven throughout the experience. Menu options are customizable for vegans and vegetarians.

The Sip n Swap

The Sip n Swap is an annual gathering among Ash’s close friends where wine, dance moves, and fashion are shared. This curated event is available to select guests, as it has been an ongoing ashcooks tradition for over six years. Ashcooks prepares a special menu with foods from different cultures and all clothing that is not swapped is donated to charities.

Pop Up Shawty

You can also find ash at pop up shops, block parties, or community events throughout Los Angeles County. On the first Sunday of each month, ash will be at Sol & Sound, sponsored by Garden of Her. It’s a dope soundbath and guided meditation that takes place from 4 - 7 p.m. at LA High Memorial Park, 4625 Olympic Blvd., Los Angeles, CA.
